well izanagi would play a problem and so would danzo's wind style sharringan isnt really useful against sasori due to him being a puppet . it depens which overcomes which... Iron sand.. or windstyle Vaccum bullets

danzo would immediately know sasori's weak spot due to sharingan. from there its just a matter of piercing sasoris defences whos unaware danzo knows his secret. fuuton sword + izanagi counters all poison weapons

Not only does he have KA, he has 10 Izanagis and Mokuton.

Plus all danzos wind style would be countered by sasoris fire.. so his wind really wouldnt help.. genjutsu doesnt work on sasori

Nope, Danzo mid difficulty at most. Dans is a pretty bad match up for puppet users, Sasori included. Not to mention that Danzo gave a hard time to MS Sasuke while Sasori had a solid fight against Chiyo.
