It's not even debatable with Kamui unrestricted.
As for it being restricted, I think a lot depends on intel.
Sasori had many tricks up his sleeve that knowledge of would make Sakura and Chiyo defeat him much easier.

I'm assuming manga intel means Kakashi will know everything Sakura had learned. In this case I'd say he wins it mid difficulty.
Other way, it's high difficulty.
