I believe Chiyo and War Arc Sakura take this. Chiyo and Beginning of Part 2 Sakura wers able to force and push Sasori to his last resort which is his puppet body - destroying Hiruko, Third Kazekage Puppet and 100 puppets. Give Sakura Byakugo and Katsuyu, and they can take out Sasori's central core of chakra.

This sounds like a good one. If this were Sakura from just a few chapters back, I would've said Sasori takes it, but given Sakura's recent improvements, I think her and Chiyo would barely win. Sasori was forced to use 100 Puppets against them in their original fight, and something like

would be able to destroy a lot of them. In addition, Sakura now has Katsuyu to provide a shield against the puppets, or heal herself and Chiyo (not mentioning the three antidotes they are given). Katsuyu can also

Sasori lost due to plot. If Chiyo died, no Gaara and Kishi wouldn't kill off a main character(Sakura) so early.
