Sasori knows Sasuke has been training with Orochimaru and that he is adept with the Sharingan

The fight is in character so Sasuke canonically can't control Manda but if he puts its under Genjutsu and can actually make it fight for him for an extended period of time, he'd most likely win. Boss summons are OP man especially against people without them.

Mind explaining because I personally don't see a great way for Sasori to win? His Sharingan precognition and speed could allow him to dodge most, if not all, of Sasori's attacks. Also, if Sasuke can get close to either Sasori or his puppets, his Chidori variants could mean trouble.

Just chased him around? With Sasuke's Sharingan, agility, and speed he'll be chasing him until his wooden body rots.

-They were out classed by ISD and ISS (Spear and Drizzle) Needed chakra shields to block it,

-Only reason Sakura avoided ISWO so well is because of Chiyo, Sasuke would get wrecked by it especially if he tries to run away from it.

-Pre-Cog doesn't help him clear the distance it covers in time.

-IS can be used for defense if needed and Sasuke has nothing to get through it.

So Sakura did avoid World Order? With or without Chiyo's help? Then Sasuke would avoid it too.
On your other points, I really don't want to be in this debate as I haven't read either side's fights in a long time. I hope someone else will show up.

Sakura barely got scratched by ISWO as she was able to guard herself from the brunt of the attack. Someone who was capable of blitzing her isn't capable of outright evading that technique according to some?

I think Sasuke can win with high difficulty.

], and her speed wasn't what you'd call special. Sasuke was in another league in the speed department at the beginning of Part 2, so he shouldn't have trouble dodging. Sasori's 100 puppets aren't really an issue - again, Sakura was able to fight [

] them without getting hit, let alone Sasuke, who defeated hundreds without even aiming to kill [

], not to mention he could just use Chidori Nagashi if needed. Manda can also be genjutsu'd and serve as a quick assault from underground, or as a defense from the needles, which should be more than sufficient, considering a regular snake completely defended Sasuke from an explosion [

Since Sasuke knows of Sasori's style/attacks he wouldn't have to make unnecessary moves and can simply aim to finish him off with a direct hit from Chidori Spear to Sasori's core, which he'll undoubtedly figure out as soon as Sasori's Akatsuki cloak gets removed. This is all without even taking CS2 into account, so I really don't think Sasuke will lose this one.
