Against the Iron Sand and the 100 puppets he can use a clone feint and directly try to kill Sasori, which most likely won't work at first, but seeing as Tobirama is a sensor and also seems to be quite fast, i doubt he gets hit by a surprise attack and will then proceed to finish the fight by destroying Sasori's core
