Sasuke and Sasori win both scenarios. They are overall stronger and more versatile opponents. Bodyguards do not make a difference.

I think 1 on 1 Sasori V.S Mei and Sasuke V.S Lee both members of team two would be able to defeat the opposing team. Mei's acid mist would be a huge factor against Sasori's puppets. It would corrode a lot of the weaker ones till they disintegrated, though the kazekage puppet I believe someone could make the arguement of being able to counter it somehow with Iron sand. In the case of Sasuke V.S Lee I think Lee's speed and raw strength would be too much for sasuke. The only way team 1 is going to beat team 2 is to work together and watch each others back.

Ultimately I see team 2 winning 6.5-7/10

Chojuro can make a difference in this battle, but Mei and Lee aren't a good team. Sasuke and Sasori win both scenarios.

Sasuke would use his long range chidori variations to demolish lee and then join sasori and take out mei in either scenario's keep in mind that both sasori and sasuke have a defense for her mist (sasori is a puppet while sasuke has snakes and CS wings) while her team members don't and kirin is great too.

sasuke can use genjutsu on the body guards and mei lee is the only one who should be able to resist it since he trained like guy to avoid eye contact but with sasori's puppets he is killed off.

sasori only lost cuz chiyo was his perfect counter.
