Sasori got solo'ed by Chiyo and Nub Sakura( at that period in time she was nub dont flame meh) but on the other hand Neji got solo'ed by jubbi spikes sooooo......Neji Wins easy to mid diff

In case you don't remember Neji jumped in front of those spikes to save Hinata and Naruto. He could have easily protected himself if he wanted.

Neji infact has an anti-puppet master arsenal, he can beat the likes of Chiyo and Kankuro.

But Sasori is on a different level than them.
Neji pretty much lacks blunt force to get pass Hiruko and has No counter to iron sand and getting poisoned.
But still he can atleast give mid-diff fight due to matchups.
