I'd say sasori. Sasori himself is a puppet so the poison gas shouldn't affect him. Hanzo is likely not immune to sasori's own poison. The salamendar large size makes it a good target for iron sand. After that sasori should be able to win.

Sasori hard body unless there’s prep time then Hanzo would stand a chance especially if it’s in the hidden rain.
