Starting Scenario: Kakuzu starts in Earth Grudge Fear with all his hearts, Sasori starts in Hiruko, Kisame fuses with Samageda. The Sannin summon their boss summons and Orochimaru wields his Kusanagi blade. Jiraiya doesn't start in Sage Mode instantaneously, but he can enter it with time.

So who wins?

Poison is useless against oro, he is immune to it and he can easily switch bodies before the poison takes full affect, oro is just immortal and the only way to beat him is with genjutsu or to seal him.

That's not true... There's only so much damage his body can take. For example him having to retreat after the fight with 4 tails Naruto. He said that his body couldn't take much more damage and still regenerate. So he may be durable but he's not invincible. Anyways, would be a tough fight but I think the Sannin just barely would win this one.

Remember, oro was in a weakend form, you can even check in the narupedia, it says it. He needed to switch bodies soon yet he still put up a hell of a fight with naruto in 4-tails.
