This thread wasn't only made by me. Edo GwemBaba, ~Puppet Master~, Sunagura, Izuna Kakashi Senju, theTobiramaSenju, HiddenSound, Masked Man, Sage of All Shinobi helped as well.
Katon/Suiton Techniques
These really aren't a problem seeing as how they can easily be tanked by Iron Sand or evaded so I'm not going to explain anything more.
Tsukuyomi:
Genjutsu won't work on Sasori due to him not having a brain and genjutsu changes the chakra flow in the brain something he lacks.
Amaterasu:
When Itachi casts Amaterasu, he must have his eye open wide and veins in his eye are bigger.. Sasori can easily notice it because Raikage could easily notice that Sasuke's sharingan changed to MS and that he was going to use Amaterasu on a long distance. Gaara was able to counter and block Amaterasu with his own regural sand so Sasori will be able to do it as well. [
He could even envelope himself in a full Iron Sand Prison and since Sasori doesn't need to breathe, this won't be a problem.
Sasori could also counter it with his 100 puppets by moving them like a shield to his main body. [
Also, alive Itachi can't spam Amaterasu. He can use it like one or two times before it takes it's toll on him and his stamina.
Susano'o:
We can see that, with enough pressure, Susano'o can be momentarily stunned, as when Orochimaru in Hydra form rammed into Itachi and he spit up blood. Perhaps several puppets attacking a huge target will have the same effect.
Sasori can make the pre used Iron Sand beneath Itachi suddenly spike up and kill Itachi. [
While Itachi is in his ribcage stage Susano'o, Sasori could make the Iron Sand bullets go throught the gaps of Susano'o's bones. Plus, the bullets are small and pretty fast, and Sasori needs only one scratch to win. [
Sasori can make his Iron Sand attack Itachi constantly from each side. It would make Itachi to remain on the defensive. Itachi isn't able to keep Susano'o up for long due to his stamina. Sasori can just wait up in the air while Itachi's chakra reserves fall.
Also, if needed Sasori can wrap the Iron Sand around Susano'o, eneabling it to move. If Itachi de-activates Susano'o, Sasori will hit him with Iron Sand directly. [
Satetsu Kaihou is a problem for Itachi as well. Not only could it break Susano'o and
Even if Itachi gets past the 3rd Kazekage by some miracle, the 100 puppets jutsu is his end. Sasori's puppets can go undergound and attack Itachi from beneath. [
Sasori's intelligence > Itachi's intelligence:
I often see Itachi wankers say Itachi is smarter than Sasori. However, this isn't true. Sasori was able to create the most lethal poison in NV and he is the only one able to create human puppets. Let's not forget that he even turned himself into one. Itachi never did anything like that.
Also, Iron Sand can break the sound barrier. [
While restraining Susano'o, Sasori can release a poison gas on Itachi as well.

Meaning that Sasori could just wait for Itachi's chakra to drain to zero.Even if Itachi gets past the 3rd Kazekage by some miracle, the 100 puppets jutsu is his end. Other points to notice:
Sasori can control all metallic weapons / things, meaning that Sasori can take control of the kunai Itachi has on him and stab him with them.
