Sasori is one of my favorites. But Satetsu no Yoroi? I'm skeptic.. rather fanfiction. Why wouldn't Sasori use the sand in such defensive meanings? If not hardened, it is not protecting you. If hardened, it takes your whole mobility. The Suna no Yoroi is a specific Jutsu that creates a layer of sand on your body and costs a lot of chakra. He isn't simply shaping the iron sand into a solid armor and attacking mobile. If anything, he uses the iron sand as a shield like the sand which surrounds Gaara.

The Satetsu no Yoroi is actually only a tactic for Sasori to defend his heart (core / whatever you want to call it), leaving other parts of his body free of the Satetsu wouldn't matter. It's only a defense tactic for his core so that someone doesn't pierce it or hit it with something.

yes, it does. Because it's the difference between all the 'they can't dodge this attack it broke the sound barrier hur dur' and 'he can indeed dodge this attack'. The page before this scan blatantly shows that Kazekage released a magnetic sphere from his chest and that's clearly what this passed through. There's less than 0 evidence that this broke the sound barrier. An old woman can react to faster than sound speed? That's not even laughable.

It's not about whether it makes me happy or not because your clear sarcasm is evident. This is purported by every single sasori supporter i've ever come across. It's as bad as tsunade fans saying she can survive a jinton :|

So, according to you, Sasori can use Satetsu to an extent where he can flood areas with the iron sand, create a bird to fly and use something calles Satetsu no Yoroi, based on Gaara's Suna no Yoroi. You consider Sasori giving the likes of Itachi and Sasuke with their Mangekyo Sharingan a hard time only due to Satetsu.

Now I need the explanation on how Sasori managed to overwhelm the Kazekage with his arsenal.

We dont know the circumstances, maybe sasori had a spy working as a double agent, thus allowing him to get intel on his weaknesses?

We dont know, so it could've been anything.

Well, it seems that the Sandaime was confronted face to face if we believe those statements.
If used as AC considers it to be used, Sandaime would've covered himself summarily in a dome of iron sand and would've used Iron Sand world method to end it.

Who knows. Things aren't always go according to plan..
