I dont think sasori killed him and a battle I think he had to poison him only because the third kazakage used magnetic sand and magnetic sand is still send konkuro(I think I spelled that right) said that when send get's caught up in the puppet it stop's functioning and since sasori arsenal is all puppets it's all bad on his part

Excuse me, can you please provide me a manga scan to which shows how Sasori beat him? Because as far as we know Sasori could've gotten him in his sleep or while he was at the ice cream parlor but I do agree that all is fair in battle especially Sasori's poison.

the 3rd KK exists only as a means to hype sasori & complete sasoris full ninjutsu arsenal as the premier all-time Sunagakure shinobi.

They never actually ''fought'' each other, just as the 5_kages didn't really ''fight'' 5 madara susano'o clones; nor did kakuzu ''fight'' Hashirama, as it were.
