I see your point with poison, but I have to bring up a few points.

It took Onoki and gaara to stop both meteors, so I doubt iron sand alone could stop both.

Sakura avoided almost every effort Sasori made to poison her, eventually she was hit and needed antidote.....I think its well within the realm of possibility that Madara could avoid them all given his superior insight, reflexes, speed, and overall experience.

Sasuke was paralyzed by a seal and was able to activate Susano'o to save him, If Madara did happen to get poisoned (which I don't think he would let happen) there is a chance he could still activate Susano'o long enough to avoid being sealed before he recovers.


This all being said I think Sasori is often under estimated and is personally my favorite akatsuki member. I just don't see him pulling a win here.
