I believe Kabuto can take this high difficulty.His oral rebirth will play a huge role if he gets restrained by Kakuzu's threads.Also his ability to counter poison can aid him in battle considering Sasori uses poison himself.

I honestly can't decide i'll have to research Kabuto i bit more by reading the Uchiha brothers vs Kabuto fight.

Well it did take two Uchihas who had MS (One of them had EMS) to beat Kabuto.. But ok..I'll let Kabuto be in DSM​

Manda has not been stated to be immune to all poison. Yes those tooth picks can pierce Manda. She did not need her freakish strength, that was overkill.
