Well not really. Its not like Kurama does the fighting. He is part of Narutos arsenal. Just like sasuke has his Sharingans. But i wouldnt call it cheating because Sasuke is using his resources. He should have used more rinnegan jutsu. This fight would have been better.

It's not the same. For Naruto, Kurama will try to help him of his own free will. Sasuke needs to hold the Biju in a Genjutsu for them to do any of his bidding. Sasuke Biju will not make any active efforts to help him as they are not his allies.

Naruto earned the help and cooperation of Kurama, Sasuke did no such thing.
