It was obvious because whenever naruto and sasuke do their chidori/rasengan clashes, naruto uses the right arm for the rasengan, but sasuke uses the left for the chidori.

Actually, his shuriken was on his right leg. And it's true that he uses his Chidori with his left hand. Perhaps he's skilled with both arms, unlike Naruto, who uses all of his techniques with his right hand (primary Rasengans) and his shuriken is also on his right leg.

Oh and fun fact, statistically speaking, lefties are more inclined to be talented than righties and many geniuses in history were left handed. Just another factor showing sasuke as "the genius" and naruto as the normal guy
