Maybe because in Konoha High school they said Madara is Sasuke Uncle.

(Konoha High School is another Naruto manga made by Masashi Kishimoto and he stopped the manga because he said it's a Spoiler.)

Naruto Shippuden ending 2 is a preview for Konoha high school

so maybe he's his uncle in naruto too.
