itachi is in edo form but he can die like a regular guy ... but he has ms without limits so its pretty much the same as ems...... and chakara still a factor so he cant spam ..... who wins ?????? itachi not sick full health , the edo only affects his eye abilities where it doesnt bleed or loose sight consume alot of stamina just like the ems , so he can die like a normal guy and loose chakara ... other than him not loosing his sight he is same guy b4 edo form

Itachi still wins. Only plus side to EMS is you don't lose eyesight. Itachi can manage chakra better than Sasuke. He was deeply ill and still beat Sasuke. He just fell to his death.

I have to agree with everyone else and go with Itachi - The man is just too Godly.

Maybe if we see what this 'new ability' that Sasuke is meant to unlock with EMS, then I could changr my mind... But it's Itachi all the way for me.

He can have EMS all he wants, the way he spams Chidori, Susanoo and Amaterasu he is bound to lose his chakra quick. Itachi has better Genjutsu skills, better Taijutsu skills, better chakra usage. He also has crows as a medium for clones. That uses like 25% the chakra it would take for a shadow clone. Plus we're talking about a healthy Itachi.

but dont forget its kinda a even battle cuz saskue is using itachi eyes..... only thing that seperates them is itachi being a better ninja overall

Genjutsus are pointless against the (Mangekyo)Sharingan, both of them won't use them at all. Sasukes Amaterasu is much better, he can control it with his Enton and use various forms, like arrows and shurikens. Susanoo is not worth talking about, Sasuke can keep it up longer. If both of them would use MS only, I'd go with Itachi, but in this case, the EMS is much better.

Just because he has EMS doesn't make him stronger or able to keep it up longer. It still drains your chakra out and Sasuke is a spammer. He will run out of chakra quick and Karin won't be there to heal him.
