If sasuke decided to get the hash arm before leaving would he be able to unlock the second rinningan?
if so wouldn't that make his once again close to sage of six path powerful(he would've been also training in the past whatever years before boruto) ?
one arm sasuke is already debuffed yet he still can hold himself against one of then otsutsuki while Naruto can semi survive.
so sasuke with the hash arm would be godly right?
is their a power up for Naruto to match him after that?

Why would he want a regular rinnegan when he has EMS and Rinne-Sharingan? Also, the Naruto semi surviving comment is a little off since Naruto gave himself up to save the village and considering Sasuke had to absorb some of Naruto's chakra to heal from the final battle would put them at about even. Another thing why are you assuming he would be stronger with Hashi cells? I mean it would give him another arm but not really much more to benefit from that considering he already has Indra and Ashura chakra and a rinne-sharingan.

Sure, physically, he's like 10 times faster and stronger... but without that arm and without sage power, how can he compete against his former self? Hell, he can't even use Fireball Jutsu.
