He knows all the jutsu of the leaf, he can move a lot faster but, he couldn't aid tobimaru and prevent his death, there is no way the people tobimaru faced were stronger than madara, by that logic the 3rd loses here.

I think that Hiruzen is frankly a little bit overrated. He has no real counters for MS genjutsu, he definitely has no counter for Amaterasu, and he has nothing with which to hurt or break Susanoo.

Add into that his taijutsu is good, but not great, and his speed and strength aren't really noteworthy either.

I'm not all that sure why he was thought of as the strongest Hokage. Maybe just because he was the longest reigning Hokage.

This is prime. He was much stronger since h is no longer 69. His taijutsu took on two Hokage.
