Sarutobi Hiruzen
Ninjutsu
Hiruzen was called "The professor" because he knows all techniques from Konohagakure. His skills in ninjutsu was incomparable with other Kages.
As a Sarutobi member, Hiruzen has talent for Katon techniques, which preffered the most.
The second element, which he uses is Doton. His Doton techniques are undoubtedly at the same level as his Katon.
Fire release
Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
- This technique uses big amout of chakra and it's speed is on very hard level. The enemies mostly has chance to dodge it.. In combination with Hiruzen's chakra control and speed of hand seals, it's a murder technique
Hiruzen showed only one fire technique, but he undoubtedly had much techiques of that element. I think, his katon was comparable with Madara's.
Earth release
Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall
- Hiruzen could use that technique very fast because Suiton, which Tobirama created was a few metres in front of Hiruzen.
Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet
- This is very impressive technique if he connests it with Fire. It creates something like lava, which is quite dangerous for enemy. Even it was only in the anime.
Dead Demon Consuming Seal
- One of his strongest technique. If he uses it, there is 100% chance that his enemy going to be dead but user of that technique going to die too.
Genjutsu
His Genjutsu skills are undoubtedly on very high level because he has 5 points in his stats.
He never showed any but it's stated he knows every techniques from Konoha - so he has some surely.
Kuchiyose
His summon is Enma, the monkey king. It is one of the strongest summon. Enma can change to the staff himself. The staff is strong as a diamond and could pus Kyuubi out of the village.
Enma is Taijutsu specialist. He could beat 1st and 2nd Hokage at the same time.
Taijutsu
His Taijutsu was very powerfull. In his age - 68, he was one of the strongest Taijutsu users. In his prime and combination with Enma, his Taijutsu had to be insurmountable.
He showed very impressive Taijutsu skills and great agility. He used "monkey style" fighting which is very poverfull and fast.
Uchiha Shisui
Shisui's nickname is "Shisui of the body flicker" because his speed in Shunshin was extremly fast.
It was stated Shisui was one of the most talented Uchiha. Shisui's chakra nature is probably Fire release similar to other Uchihas.
He was genius so he had to be very analytical shinobi.
Sharingan
As a member of Uchiha clan, he has Sharingan, which is very strong weapon in fight.
He was able to active Mangekyo Sharingan.
His Sharingan was his main weapon because he was oriented on Dojutsu. Shisui's MS could do the most powerfull genjutsu in the world - Kotoamatsukami.
He could manipulate with enemy's mind without notice.
Ninjutsu
He never showed any but in predict, he was skilled in Fire release.
He probably could copy other techniques from his enemies
Taijutsu
We don't know so much about his Taijutsu, but he was very fast. His speciality was body flicker technique, which made him nickname "Shunshin no Shisui".
With Sharingan, he could predict enemy's moves so he had to be very good in Taijutsu.
