Lets see konohamaru was gifted even back when he was a kid, he learn rassengan he freaking defeated temari defeated one of the pein when he was a kid again when he was a kid, he can also use yang release as well as wind and fire so im thinking did kishimoto made the third hokage weak during his alive and edo tensei momment for konohamaru to shine and show the true powers of sarutobi clan one day? Can they turn to monkey god who is super powerful taijutsu user with fire and wind element on it or something thats why he can use yang release and this elemtns what do you guys think? Did kishi really made the third weaker during those times?

During the War Arc, Sarutobis puffed the biggest flames out of all the fodder, so yea. They're probably a top clan. They've gotta have high chakra reserves or control at the minimum.
