Sarada's 3 tomoe sharingan ability is Chakra Enhanced Strength.
This is obviously a combination of her mother's and father's abilities.
CES is a basic ability of her mother and the sharingan is a basic ability of her father.
Based on this precedent one can make the assumption that as her eyes develop she will unlock or awaken more of her mother's abilities.
When Sasuke unlocked his MS Sakura was proficient in medical ninjutsu.
So it's likely that Sarada's MS will allow her to use medical ninjutsu.
Following this progression her EMS will probably give her the byakugo.
This is because Sasuke unlocked his EMS around the time Sakura learned byakugo.
She follows in her mother's and father's footsteps.
Let us retrace these steps...
Sasuke was the reincarnation of Indra who was the son of the sage of six paths.
Sakura was trained by Tsunade Senju who is the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju.
Therefore Sarada's eyes have the power of the Uchiha and Senju.
Uchiha + Senju = Hagoromo Otsutsuki aka The Sage of Six Paths.

The diamond shape on the forehead looks just like a karma seal.
When it is released a pattern emerges all over the user's body just like a karma seal.
What if the Otsutsuki use a byakugo seal to implant their karma onto a vessel?
If that is the case then it is a more versatile and mysterious jutsu than we originally knew.
Sarada's byakugo will passively absorb nature chakra.
I say this because once she actually awakens byakugo the only other characters who have a sharingan and passively absorb chakra are Hagoromo, Kaguya, and The Juubi.
They are all nature chakra users.
In conclusion, my prediction is Sarada's Mangekyou Sharingan abilities will include Medical Ninjutsu, Senjutsu, and byakugo.
