The fact Tsunade uses hand signs to release the Yin Seal proves it requires chakra to activate. Even if it's just a tiny amount, it still uses chakra. Without a working chakra network, no Yin Seal release. Her using it once without signs proves nothing. Sasuke can use Chidori without signs, but it still uses chakra.

It doesn't. That's what my post was saying, since you somehow misunderstood it. Yin Seal has no feats of reopening closed chakra points. It never happened in the canon manga. Only in your fanfiction. There is no proof it can do it.

You know what eyewear is, but you called Obito's goggles "glasses" and implied that he needed them for his vision when Obito himself says he only wears them to protect his eyes from debris in battle. :lol

Sharingan has no feat of fixing poor vision. If it did, Itachi and Madara wouldn't have gone blind.
