And a seasoned user was able to restrain the kyuubi(Full kyuubi) even though she was pretty much about to die(Kuushina). If Sarada gets chakra chains, combined with her sharingan, the hype will be real. She gets super strength, and its just meh.

Karin's chains are incomplete, they cannot bound a tailed beast but they can neutralized a target if hit.
