The Senju clan's strength is based on love. After witnessing Sarada's sharingan and MS awaken it is my opinion that love is the power behind her strength just like the Senju.
Sarada's sharingan awakening out of love isn't extraordinary. What makes her case special is that she doesn't suffer from the negative emotions that follow the awakening.
The Uchiha clan is gifted with a great capacity for love and hate. The power of their emotions translate into strength. It is a gift and a curse because while it gives them power it also conjures negativity and dark emotions. Which is why Tobirama refers to them as a clan possessed by evil.
In the above image Tobirama refers to a special condition that causes a unique chakra to be released that increases an Uchiha's power of hate.
The Uchiha clan's power of love has been suppressed and sealed away yet Sarada does not appear to have this limitation. Why?
I think the answer is chakra. Indra Otsutsuki's chakra awakens the power of hate in his descendants as their eyes evolve. Although Indra died long ago his soul has reincarnated many times. The soul is the essence and the essence contains the chakra. Right now Indra's soul is Sasuke and he has had a change of heart.
Sasuke states that he believes his feelings are connected with Sakura's. This is confirmation of that change of heart. Now Indra's chakra no longer contains the power of hate and the Uchiha power of love is able to flourish.
