LOL wha? Naruto was given his mother's maiden name because Sarutobi thought it would be best to severe any connects Naruto had with Minato to protect him. Salad would probably still have the prowess of the Uchihas because Kishi took inspiration from DBZ and the Goku's offsprings weren't pure Saiyans but still have the capability to tap into the Saiyan's power.

In order for Madara to be more powerful he had to take DNA from another clan, Senju. Salada has DNA of 2 people, meaning she has Uchiha power, but also has what she gets from Sakura, Sakura may not be the best shinobi or anything else, but is it possible that whatever Sakura has for jutsu, Salada could have already mastered at the age of like 6 or something, we're Sakura still hasn't gotten it down? Salada doesn't have to take DNA from another clan, she has power of Uchiha and probably whatever Sakura couldn't master. Then if she took DNA from another clan, she'd be even more powerful

Remember just because Sakura wasn't a good shinobi, doesn't mean that Salada doesn't know how to use her inherited jutsu and chakra from her mom

Actually they take the father's name, as seen with Bolt Uzumaki and Himarawii Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha. Naruto only got his mother's name since the village elders and the higher ups wanted to hide Naruto's relation with the 4th Hokage.

No. Uzumaki were an unknown clan given that they got killed not long after Kushina was assimilated into the village. Jins are directly under the supervision of the Hokage, and they are kept a secret to maintain political supremacy. Had Naruto been given Namikaze's name and given the fact that a Kurama attack occurred that killed him, then it would have been too obvious to people outside the village that Naruto was the next vessel.

Therefore, giving Naruto an Uzumaki namesake was an easier option because Konoha had strong ties with them in the past. All villages practiced this secrecy.

Sorry you should inform yourself better coz Naruto was called Uzumaki in order to protect him from his father's enemies
And you saw that Tsunade's father/mother wasn't full Senju and she she turn out great

Anyway even if Sakura doesn't have any special DNA Sarada can turn out a bookworm as her mother and combine the feat with Uchiha ingenuity
