Since Naruto and Sasuke are like in Boruto at once (don't take that the wrong way, you know what I mean) that means there is no place for sarada so she's basically going to turn into inojin fodder.

Fodder Status is defined by learning jutsus from a Fodder Mother. Also she won't get much panel time so one of the two Uchihas alive really doesn't matter here.

I was hoping that Sarada and Mitsuki was going to help Boruto for the final part of the Movie. But from the plot... it seems their screen time will stop after the exams, like all the other kids.

Sarada is a reference to goddess of knowledge and most MS jutsu are progressions of Uchiha jutsu. So far we've seen the progression from Katon to Amaterasu, lightning to Indra's Arrow, genjutsu to Tsukuyomi, speed blitz to Kamui, but we haven't seen the progression of copy jutsu. I think Sarada will have the ability to copy all jutsu excluding Rinnegan.
