There's a chance she'll never get byakugou, it's not a sure thing. Since she has the sharingan, I think it's likely her fighting style will revolve more around it's use, not medical ninjutsu/byakugou. She takes more after Sasuke than Sakura when it comes to fighting. There's also the possibility that her chakra control is not good enough to use it, or that using Byakugou while using the Sharingan's abilities simultaneously is too difficult to manage for anyone.
