Two natures is all that Asuma had so it's not likely at all. Normal chūnin have around two natures, and normal Jounin 3-4. The only people to ever use all five plus Yin/Yang were Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Kakashi.

And really, Mirai is featless. Sarada has displayed speed, bukijutsu skill, CES and intelligence; took a dump on the Shins who possess Mangekyō too.
