I do like this theory myself. It adds some realistic drama to the marriage. be it the Byakugou seal constently regenerating any fertilized eggs back into nothing or damage from the stab she took from madara's black spire. ...but yeah Kishi will probably just troll us all again with why Sakura is Sarada's real mom.

I basically implied that in my prediction, but it's not definite. We don't know when Mito first starting using the seal, there is a possibility that she starting using the seal AFTER giving birth, but that doesn't trash the idea that she could have started it before which, in that case, would prove me false.

I get what you're saying, but I think Animus is saying that it's true that Mito created the seal, but Tsunade created the Rebirth Technique. Mito's seal is what powers Tsunade's technique so they are essentially two different things that are directly proportional.
