In other words, the genes for Sasuke's chakra were passed on to his child just like the genes for Hagoromo's chakra was passed on to Indra and the genes for the Uchiha clan leader were passed on to Sasuke and Itachi or the genes for Kushina's chakra were passed on to Naruto.
