His block wasn't that effective because she DID push him all the way back. and that's impressive . don't forget Ao is a S-ranked KARA member

In a spar match if you land on your ass you're defeated technically. Also its clear as day you guys are hating as usual. You should do some productive with all that hate instead of wasting it on an anime forum lmfao.

Also don't see how is it not impessive she pushed him back and Ao failed to counter attack but was defensive throughout their interaction.
