Your the one full of fanfics here, I'm just laughing at the fact you believe in yourself to be true.
Sarada dragging Chouchou? She pulled at her being to hasty to follow Naruto and chou chou fell and they left to trail him that's about it but you seem to fanfic it to the point that she dragged her the entire time while following Naruto
then there's this FF about them keeping up when Naruto was never trying to out run them when he always knew they were following him so he went back to them to see why they were
then we have this quote you have of Naruto saying something I asked you the first time that you ignored which just tells me your fanfics don't end

1: naruto was travelling, when travelling ninja never go top speed . Your argument is invalid.
2: Same as 1, why would he go full speed for just travelling when nothing is pressing. ( look back at gaara saving arc, when they travel, they aren't even at top speed, even though they were running out of time) Argument invalided twice.
3: Runing SM: best sensing abilities in NV. Can catch a glimpse of everything living in a very large perimeter: perfect counter for ambush. He felt them without at the doors, and used SM to sense them from far away in order to observe. It proves you have no knowledge of Sm properties and no knowledge of tactical and optimised uses of powers.
4: Again, trying to outrun genin outside the village with no backup is pure irresponsability. As a Hokage he as the duty to protect every citizen of konoha. He saw them and kept at SM range in order to see what they will do and hope they would give up because he was far ahead. When he saw that they didn't give up, he came to them, with high probability to order them to go back to the kitchen training.... cough, to the village. Outrun them outside the village = abandonning them in a potentially dangerous territory= irresponsible behaviour.
And we saw the speed of naruto: he set free, saved chouchou and put right next to sarada without her noticing the move. ( She only saw celebi hit the ground) Since you can't move faster than what you can perceive otherwise you'll hit every obstacle ( first kakashi chidori is the example, without sharingan, he moves too fast for his perception and reaction time)

so? sm enhances speed so why dodnt he just go to them when he sensed them in the first place? cause he triend to outrun them

You are not making any sense. Physical energy enhancement is what results in increase in physical stats. Endurance, Strength and Speed are all physical stats. Why do they get enhanced? Because physical energy gets a boost. Furthermore, it's the physical energy that results in Taijutsu and We have known this since part one:

If Taijutsu is being enhanced, that means stats are being enhanced and Speed is the primary factor for Taijutsu's efficiency. If Physical energy is being enhanced, then it means all factors will be enhanced and speed is entirely dependent upon Physical Energy bar Body Flicker, but then again, that's Ninjutsu.
You cannot separate speed from the rest of the stats and include endurance out of convenience, because that would make no sense at all. And besides, what is speed? It is nothing but the movement of the body.

You are fool nothing more. Naruto can use the body flicker technique in base mode. He noticed them, before he left the village he enter sage mode to sense them, because Naruto has not sensor ability in base mode.
