Since when can someone with no dojutsu see someone in another dimension ? Don't pretend like Boruto hasn't been given BS feats and hand outs. You're just salty that SP confirmed Kishi's statement of her wielding "Sasuke's talent", that's all she's showcasing.

Also, how was she using tech that is exclusive to the Kiba sword without the sword?

No it's not like this. Buntan is trying to lower sarada's confidence by lying to her. what i can see is a normal lightning jutsus from 2 blades. if sarada has raiton she can easily copy it
