She only started to not believe Sakura was her real mother after the found the picture of Karin in her mom's place back in Chapter 1.

Well put it this way, if you copied your Dad's style in a sense by always wearing a bracelet, or a hat with each outfit for the past couple of years, would you stop it for the sole reason of hating your parent? It just became a part of her character, I doubt she would go all emo goth on her wardrobe. She also doesn't seem to be that type of character.

Just very annoying on the inside, rather than spewing annoying comments on the outside like her mother.

Sakura didn't really lie about anything. In the first chapter, Sarada asked if Sakura was actually married to Sasuke, her dad. Sakura said yes to that. No one's truly answered anything about her lineage. As the one who's raised Sarada though over the last decade as a parental figure, she shouldn't hate her. If the spoiler is true, all it means is that Sakura fulfilled a role someone else was incapable of for whatever reason. Saying "shannaro" and wearing an outfit similar to her own is simply because she was raised by Sakura and was exposed to her mannerisms and fashion choices.
