Sarada will be the Hokage. I doubt Himawari has any interest in that position.

Himawari "The Sunflower Goddess" is omnipotent. She will surpass Kaguya in the near future. She will also allow Boruto to play ninja and let him take out the trash known as Kawaki. There will be no need for her to get her hands dirty with such filth.

She simply redefines what it means to be Godly Over Powered.
