I see that reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, so let me just expand my comment.Yes it is partly, it wasn't until Sasuke awakened MS that Indra's presence started to manifest. Sasuke had the genes from birth to excel and it was the main reason why Orochimaru wanted him over Itachi or any other Uchiha. The same goes for Naruto, Kurama stated that his mother's blood was one of the reasons he was so compatible with bijuu chakra like an RSM user. Those genes are what allowed them to possess the power of a transmigrant.
1. What you need to understand about genetics is that genotypes (gene pairs), and therefore phenotypes ("traits") don't disappear for many generations only to show up at just the right time, asking with just the right set of other genotypes just when the world needs saving. If reincarnation was left to genetics, things wouldn't be so perfect (Naruto being exactly like asura, etc.) that kind of perfection requires supernatural shit.
2. If you had said that every uchiha had the genes to become indra incarnates in dormancy, I could agree with that, but it had to be only sasuke, because who cares where the hell the genes came from, right? Oh, and then there's asura's genes jumping from the senju clan to the uzumaki clan within, what 60 years? And we ask know kushina and minato weren't related to hashi.
3. Oro wanted an uchiha body, because he thought that would let him get rinnegan eventually. Yes, he DID, try to take over Itachi. There is nothing in the manga to prove that oro knew of sasuke's destiny. Well, if he did, he wouldn't have tried to interfere, anyway. In any case, Oro wanted itachi, and resorted sasuke when itachi proved too much for him.
Now, today is my birthday, so I'm gonna be nice, and actually agree with you about one point. It's understandable that genetic traits help reincarnates control and use the power they receive. I mean sasuke has the eyes, and fairly certain him not inheriting the sharingan would have made him a terrible indra incarnate.
But even that is bull crap, because there was no way that minato would have known about his infant baby's destiny as one half hago's legacy. I mean, anything done differently by the fourth would have domed the world. (p.s. This last one was a rant at kishi, not you.)
