Sarada might not able to copy Lightning from a Kenjutsu User???

It was known that Sharingan grants ability to copy ninjutsu that weaves hand-sign and mimic body movement. However we're talking about a Blade that comes with special power imbued with lightning rather than inheriting from a wielder. I think the user is channeling chakra for the sword to react. I don't think this has ever been showcased where a sharingan user replicate a technique from a sword.

These Blades can create lightning from many shapes and form, it's extremely versatile even to where thunder natures can react. Sarada has lightning flash as her main skillset which mean she could possibly inherited something on her own and enhance lightning CES like from the storm game. Maybe she perceived lightning with a sharingan and then refining her own technique??

As to how? we won't know... maybe she will again copy Boruto's lightning move we see in the OP like how she copied his shadow clone.

Puts into perspective how Sasuke didn't really need to copy elemental techniques, he could just learn them based on talent tbh

I don't have a problem with Sarada copying it from Boruto. In fact, she could copy all of his techniques and it would be okay. The more stuff added to her arsenal, the better.

But here's why I think you're wrong:

• Ameyuri Ringo, the previous owner of Kiba, had lightning as her main affinity and could use lightning release techniques, that means that the new owner probably has lightning techniques as well
• Sarada already copied one of Boruto's jutsus in like what, 3 episodes ago? It would be boring and unoriginal if they did that again
• The name of the episode is: Sharingan vs. Lightning Sword and the preview indicates that Sarada will fight her alone. Sarada only showed CES, Shurikenjutsu and Shadow Clones so far, it will be more interesting if they show her using the full extent of her Sharingan's abilities

Considering all the points above, it will be terrible writing if they make Sarada copy it from Boruto. If she doesn't get it from the mist swordsmen girl, at least she needs to get it from Sasuke, or learn it all alone, by herself. SP has been doing a incredibly great job with Sarada up until now, so I doubt they will **** it up like that and miss this opportunity to give her some good development.
