As the daughter of the great Sasuke Uchiha, Sarada possess one of the "3 Great Dojutsu" known as the Sharingan. With this ability, she should be considered to have the edge over her classmates. Why? the Sharingan grants the user the ability to see Charka, Incredible clarity of perception such as mimicking, or seeing even the smallest amount of movement from a muscle allows her to dodge or intercept and act accordingly. She would also have the ability to copy almost any jutsu she sees whether it'd be Taijutsu, Genjutsu or Ninjutsu at near perfect accuracy. Given enough time and training, Sarada will be able to display some amazing Genjutsu abilities, as well as dispel any in her way.

Usually the Sharingan has to be wakened through a stressful and negative emotion, however Sarada awakened her eyes through pure excitement at seeing her father, making her very unique in that regard.

At a young age, she is already displaying the interest of gaining all kinds of Shinobi knowledge. Eventually she'll gain enough wisdom in Ninjutsu and the world of Shinobi to be considered a Professor (Like Hiruzen Sarutobi) if she keeps continuing at the rate she's going.

Or sasuke knows she isn't worth it.
Heck he was already ready to kill her the moment he first meet her.
And sasuke a prodigy giving his time to boruto instead of his own daughter just says that he knows she isn't worth it.
Because boruto has a new dojutsu and a new curse seal related to otsutsuki, which alone makes boruto much more appealing to him.
Its just like kakashi and orochimaru taking a huge as interest in sasuke that they taught him all their signature styles so that he could master it and surpass them or take over in case of orochimaru.
