She wears the Uchiha crest, so they aren't hiding it from anyone. That is the only flaw with that theory.

I can see sarada meeting up with kabuto; they both have a glasses thing going on, and both of them experience a sort of identity crisis; plus it'll be a chance for him to explain what it means to be an uchiha and how it's just a title, as itachi taught him.
