It's not Sarada's obligation to know who Mitsuki's parents are. If she has that particular knowledge or not, that will change absolutely nothing on the battlefield. Knowing his techniques, his strengths and weaknesses, what he is capable of, what they can do to have better teamwork and synergy, that's what she's supposed to know, not about his personal life.

And matter of fact, Sarada was the first person to know who was Mitsuki's parent (after Shikamaru and Naruto, of course). And when she knew about it, they weren't even a team. They're a team now, and they have been a team for more than a year (following the Boruto timeline). I'm pretty sure Sarada knows about Mitsuki's arsenal. Actually, they all know about each other's arsenal as they have been in the same team for more than a year.
