At that point in time Naruto was more than halfway through part 1.

Current Sarada isn't even 10 chapters old yet and she's already developed the Sharingan and part 2 Sakura strength. Gamabunta Naruto may stomp (quite literally), but she is advancing at a much faster rate than any of them.
