3. Why couldnt Sasuke teach her when he came back to Konoha??

The old Uchiha clan was a disgrace which is why they got wiped out; when I say disgrace I mean trying to go against their village instead of trying to do things by earning what they wanted. Sasuke is obviously remaking the clan into a clan he can have pride in again. Itachi told Naruto not to tell anyone the truth because he wanted to keep the Uchiha clan's honor intact which means their honor would have been disgraced if the the truth was public knowledge.

Sarada probably just has another element that she's starting off with; could be earth, water or wind for all we know.
