Eh, if your going by that “fight” sure. Although everyone forgets kcm nardo only used his full speed like once or twice. He gets pretty close when he tries to stomp kisame, and we see it completely when ay rushes at him, at and which point ay(the only person around that would actually know) compares his speed in kcm to minatos teleportation. I love itachi, but he’s not teleportation fast. His hand sign and jutsu casting speed is insane though. I always thought it was weird naruto only used his full speed in chakra modes a few times. Anyone else would of been blitzing around like a mad man

There's literally no reason for Sarada to be slow, and the show is keeping her at 1T forever. She is nerfed, they are inconsistent with her feats sometimes as well. But whatever i'll wait.

If they make her slow at the end with raiton and potential to use body flickr i'd be kinda annoyed
