According to the databook, the score that determine the average of a genin is 90 points. If we look at Sarada she's far beyond of genin in each and every category.

Sarada:
Strength: 160
Intelligence: 145
Perception: 140
Dexterity: 130
Chakra: 150
Negotiation: 146

Based off this alone, this 12 years old would be Kage level.

Now if we look at her abilities she is a genjutsu specialty like Itachi, lightning affinity and has CES.

That means Sarada has Sasuke and Lord Itachi bloods that run through her veins. As an Uchiha she can neg naruto by default.

This is the result of the new gen Greatness!!!

It's true everytime Naruto gets the upper hand shortly after he have been blew to the dust. it always ended up the Uchiha favor. Itachi can still solo Naruto with Tsukoymi. Obito with double MS would've neg naruto like when Kakashi did to Kaguya. Sasuke now is stronger than Naruto with his new improved sharinnegan.
