I'm thinking that she unlocks MS in her left eye and the sharingan in her right eye will look like IT. Because she is only half Uchiha her eyes are not linked to the curse of hatred and therefore do not suffer from the side effects. Since her father is a rinnesharingan user her genetic potential allows her to evolve much further than average. Those two factors combined allow to unlock full potential sharingan. The Infinite Tsukiyomi 
It sounds crazy but my theory is that she has two abilities that have yet to be revealed. The first one being similar to eight gates. She draws power from her heart center directly into her eyes. This is common but since she isn't bound by hatred and darkness she can draw more yang/light energy from her heart into her eyes. This explains her strength when Sharingan is activated. She really did get it from Sakura and or Karin. But thats something to be addressed later on.
Her second ability yet to be revealed because she hasn't awakened it yet is Forest Sage. If our suspicions are correct then the second and third tomoe will give her more speed and chakra when she unlocks it. This would enhance her body enough to give her sage potential. Once she unlocks her MS this potential is boosted even further and she will gain the ability to sense nature chakra. She will go on to learn forest sage mode very easily via Katsuyu. So when she activates MS she can absorb nature chakra very easily.
These two abilities would cause her right eye to evolve beyond human limits and she will be a human version of a chakra tree thus awakening the legendary IT. Some help from tailed beast chakra may be necessary but maybe not because she already has rinnesharingan potential.
