It was 2 and a half years, up to the pain arc must have been 6 months as naruto was 16 as of that fight

Actually Sarada's huge eye to face ratio, and head to body ratio, makes her look 8. Those are child proportions.

I see what you mean, but you can tell Sarada was 8 in Chapter 700. I'll wait for more Boruto information so we can see their full bodies because those screen shots are not doing them justice.

To be honest Sarada could be 6 in chapter 700, look at her size comparing to her parents in the family portrait, seriously the top of her head reaches her mother's hip, she is tiny! xd

Remember though it's common for the children of shounen characters to develop very quickly power wise, look at DBZ for example, so I wouldn't be too surprised if the new gen is on fast track. Lol

You have to remember that Sakura is wearing high heels :sdo:

Boruto and Sarada are the same age, and he passes Hinata's stomach, and reaches Sakura's (because she is wearing heels). Girls are just short compared to guys usually at a young age, it is not really something unorthodox.

I really would not use SP's screenshots as legit comparisons to their characters body and shape. Look at what they did to Sasuke. He legit is looking like Sai.

If Sarada is just a comrade I don't think there's anything saving her from becoming a pairing fodder.
