her mother is rikudo level and her father has rikudo chakra, so she can definitely handle whatever a seal throws at her. even more, jigen's body is failing and these guys come in pairs. there's incentive to create another vessel and there's a major event that we still do not understand. sarada somehow gains MS, which means she experienced something incredibly traumatic. three options are:
1. her parents dying
2. her friends dying
then 3. experiencing what it's like to enter the test tube as Kawaki has.

Kawaki described how the pain is unimaginable, that he saw children die around him, and that living itself has felt like hell ever since. even hints towards suicide. definitely enough to trigger ms
