Let me see, Sarada's loved ones are her father Sasuke and her nanny Suckura. I don't think Sasuke is going to die and I also don't think Sukcura's death is going to have enough impact for her to awaken the MS.
Maybe if Karin dies in front of her or is about to die and is revealed to be her mother maybe then she might awaken her MS.
